EastLake Search Consultants follows a dedicated approach to the direct hire recruiting process, which stems from our life experience and commitment to sourcing exceptional talent. This specialized approach consists of four steps:

    Using our defined process, we meet with stakeholders to identify and understand the desired candidate, key characteristics, skills, and experience. Defining the job description, understanding company culture, defining total compensation and associated benefits, setting the timeline, establishing communication protocol, and identifying challenges is paramount to begin the process and ensure we focus on the candidates who meet all the requirements.

  2. Sourcing

    We create an ideal candidate profile with the knowledge gained during the discovery process. Utilizing this information, we employ advanced search techniques and a multi-channel approach to identify candidates that match the specific criteria and start longlisting. We professionally and confidentially contact candidates through various outreach methods to discuss the role and responsibilities.

  3. Screen & Qualify

    With our robust interview process, you can rest assured the shortlisted candidates presented are the technical professionals with the skillset, mindset, and experience that is imperative for “next level” advancement. We act as your trusted intermediary, facilitating communication and feedback between you and the candidates.  We schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless process and allowing you to focus on the day-to-day business.

  4. Offer & Negotiation

    Through guidance and consistent communication with both parties we will present the offer and negotiate details to secure a beneficial agreement on the compensation and benefits package. From a signed offer to onboarding you will receive continued support for a smooth transition.
