Meet Allen

Allen Burdette is President and COO of EastLake Search Consultants. He has been involved in the mobile hydraulics industry for nearly thirty years as a regional, national, and international sales leader. Throughout his time in the industry, he has interacted with global OEMs as well as small distributors. He has an exceptional grasp of what it takes to be a successful sales or engineering professional in this market space.

Allen grew up in the hills of West Virginia and the salty marshlands of southeast Texas. He holds a BS degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Masters of Engineering Management degree from The George Washington University Joint Institute for the Advancement of Flight Sciences at NASA Langley. He is a former navy pilot and navy officer recruiter.
